What is needed:
  • 2 Directors (If more than 2 founders, decide who will become directors)
  • An Address for the company (should have at Electricity bill for least 3 months)

Government Compliances

Bank Account

A bank account will be created with your preferred Nationalised bank. The package includes:
  • Bank Account Creation

Office Space

We provide a Shared Office Space for your startup in Basavanagudi, Bangalore.
The office space includes:
  • Free Office access for 6 months
  • One Company Board print
  • 1 Desk
  • Conference Room
  • AV Recording Setup (without Camera)

This space can be used by anyone but should be in accordance with the availability.
You can pre-book conference room time if there is a waiting period etc.

Branding (Website + Logo + Marketing Materials)

We will build your brand based on your company. Our team will provide the following for free:
  • Domain purchase (free up to Rs. 5000)
  • Website Development
  • Website hosting
  • G Suite or Equivalent to buy @company-name emails, connected to website. (Up to 5, for 1 year only)
  • Google Analytics Integration
  • Logo Design
  • Brochures, Pamphlets, booklets, etc. (Online materials only, printing will cost extra, but will be nominal)
  • Access to Envato Elements Website worth $300 for 1 year (shared login credentials)
  • Editing of Image designs for Advertisements (Free for 6 months or up to 50 Images, whichever is earlier)

Note: Extra support will be provided on a need to need basis. Any other development will be chargable, but will be developed at a nominal fee.

Consultations & Fund Raising
